Our History

JM Consultants is geared towards the establishment of a transparent and close relationship with each client. A personalized service is key to knowing our clients’ needs and requirements and to address them effectively by implementing the right solutions in a timely and cost effective manner. This, coupled with the ability of our people to think out of the box, provides the basis of our services.


 

Our People

JM Consultants is composed of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals coming from a variety of top tier backgrounds, who gained a high level of business knowledge and understanding around South Africa and seek to place their experience to the service of our clients.

In order to live up to our philosophy, we carefully select the individuals who join our team. In fact, each member of our team is recruited following a rigorous selection process which is aimed at ensuring that our people possess the right attributes and skills required for the services they shall be delivering.

The personality traits are as important as their experience and qualifications. We look for those who not only believe in the JM Consultants values, but those who are influential, inquisitive, innovative, competitive, highly motivated, dynamic, versatile and artistic. It is these traits that give us the confidence to provide our clients with a service that can differentiate us and them from the competition.

Once on board, each new team member is trained further through internship and internship training programmes and procedures. In general, we also encourage all of our staff to pursue further education in addition to our own investment in our people through financial support directed towards courses and programmes directly related to the individual's area of expertise.


Our Ethics

In order to provide a high-level service, we are given access to sensitive and personal information by our clients and candidates alike. In this respect, we are committed to protect and safeguard the privacy of individuals in all aspects of our business operations. Our privacy policy complies with the regulations of the Data Protection Act 2008.
